KANSAS CITY CHIEFS CAPS GUIDE:
The Kansas City Chiefs were founded in 1960 as the Dallas Texans and initially played in the AFL, the NFL's competitive league. When the NFL took on the Dallas Cowboys, the team moved to their new home in Kansas and changed their name to Kansas City Chiefs. In 1970, the NFL and AFL merged and the Kansas City Chiefs directly won the Super Bowl IV against the Minnesota Vikings.
Despite legendary players such as Derrick Thomas, Joe Montana or Tony Gonzalez, the Kansas City Chiefs did not achieve any notable successes in the period that followed. Currently, head coach Andy Reid has again built a powerful team around quarterback sensation Patrick Mahomes, the lightning-fast wide receiver Tyreek Hill and tight end Travis Kelce on the offensive. However, the chiefs are considered a team that plays successfully in the regular season, but fails regularly in the playoffs.
The Kansas City Chiefs play their home games at Arrowhead Stadium, which opened in 1972 and has 78,000 seats. The Chiefs Stadium holds the record for the loudest measured decibel count in an NFL stadium at 142.2 - the pain limit of the human ear is around 120 and the hearing can be damaged at 150.
Kansas City Chiefs Caps are currently only available in Europe from New Era.

Which colors and logos are the most popular?
The current Kansas City Chiefs logo has shown the overlapping KC in an arrowhead since 1972. The designer was guided by the logo of the San Francisco 49ers and initially wanted to put it in a circle. From 1963 to 1971 a drawing of an Indian with a tomahawk in one hand and a football in the other was used, and in the background the states of Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Iowa and Arkansas. This logo was a copy of the Dallas Texans' logo that was used in 1960, which showed a cowboy instead of the Indian and only used Texas in the background instead of the 5 federal states.
The team colors of the Kansas City Chiefs are red, gold and white. Accordingly, most Kansas City Chiefs caps are red. Black Kansas City Chiefs caps are also very popular. Since there are no variations from the past to the current logo or no secondary logos are used, almost all Kansas City Chiefs Caps also have this logo.
Most popular caps:
- Sideline 5950 Fitted Cap
- 9Fifty Snapback Cap
- Sideline Knit winter hats
- 9Forty The League Cap
Which cap shapes are the most popular?
The most popular Kansas City Chiefs Caps are the NFL Sideline Caps from New Era. Whether 59Fifty fitted caps or 9Fifty snapback - the NFL fans want to wear the caps that the players and coaches wear on the field. This also applies to NFL Draft Caps, the Salute to Service Caps and the Sideline Knit winter hat collection from New Era. The simple 9Forty The League Caps are also very popular among Kansas City Chiefs fans.
